Naveen Regula who is the Director & Head – Operations and Deliveries. An Electronics and Communications Engineer from JNTU and a Business professional with over 14 years of rich experience in skill training, Talent Acquisition and CRM. His leadership has ranged from being an employee to founder-entrepreneur.
Worked with TMI Group, Spandana Sphoorthy Financial Ltd, IDC Technologies and Macher (Madhees) Techno consultants ltd. Lead Various Major IT and Non-IT RPO assignments with major Indian banks, insurance companies and NBFCs, has handled both corporate and consulting assignments in IT and Non –IT domains. Has successfully lead global hiring assignments by coordinating with IITs
’ experience across multiple industries in TA space. Computer Science graduate from Andhra university and an MBA graduate from the ICFAI University. Known as process oriented and a people's manager.
